I would like to focus on my spine,. 

MRI scans noted multilevel diffuse disc desiccation throughout cervical spine, posterior annular tear at C2/3, right posterior annular tear at C4/5 and posterorcentral tear at C5/6. Mile cord impingement at C3/4 and C4/5. The major problem was on C5/6 where posterior disc bulge with right paracentral disc extrusion  which caused moderate spinal stenosis with right hemicord impingement and severe right neuroforaminal stenosis with right C6 nerve impingement. 

On 2 Feb 2026, i have undergone ACDF surgery for C5/6. 

Post surgery today, i have regain mobility and traction for my neck area. 

I would like to focus on my spinal health, full examination of my spine from neck to lower back. I am wondering if there are other treatments to improve my spinal health.
